I´ve always believed that behind every business there is someone doing their very best to make it succeed. And more often than not, what they need isn't more motivation or commitment — it's more time and the right support.
With over 25 years of experience in administration, customer service, international sales and business management, I've worked with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational organisations, across different industries, countries and in three languages: Spanish, English and Italian.
My career hasn't followed a straight path, and I believe that's one of my greatest strengths.
Throughout my life I've had to reinvent myself more than once. Sometimes by choice, and sometimes because circumstances required it. Every change taught me to adapt, learn quickly and find practical solutions to new challenges. Every experience, every country and every lesson has shaped what Mi Secretaria Plus is today.
Over the years, I've seen the same situation repeated time and again: business owners spending far too much time on administration, customer service and day-to-day management instead of focusing on growing their business.
That's how this project was born. Mi Secretaria Plus was created to provide flexible, reliable support tailored to the real needs of every business.
I can help you with administration, customer service, document management and the day-to-day organisation of your business. But I can also help with something that has become increasingly important: simplifying and digitalising your business processes.
As a certified Odoo 18 consultant, I implement business management solutions tailored to each company, including invoicing software, CRM systems, automation tools and other solutions that help businesses work in a more organised and efficient way.
I also design websites and online stores, focusing not only on attractive design but also on creating trust, providing an excellent user experience and improving visibility on Google.
I enjoy listening, understanding how each business works and finding the solution that best fits its needs. I don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. I believe technology and organisation should make people's lives easier.
My clients often tell me that I bring a sense of calm. I'd like to think that's part of what I offer: the reassurance of knowing that someone is taking care of the details so everything keeps running smoothly.

Outside of work, I'm naturally curious and always eager to learn. I've always believed that every experience teaches us something, even when it doesn't seem connected at first.
I love the sea and, interestingly enough, every country I've lived in has eventually brought me close to it. Perhaps because it gives me the same sense of calm and balance that I try to bring to my work.
I enjoy music, dancing, learning new things and spending time with people who have a good sense of humour.
Because, at the end of the day, every business is built by people. And for me, the most rewarding part of this work is building relationships based on trust while helping businesses run more smoothly.
